Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders above $150

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen location and shipping carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to UFA stores only. Some items ship to specific stores only (Zone 2, 4). Please contact us at logistics@biocompositesgroup.com for additional details.   

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.
