Return Policy
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@biocompositesgroup.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide detailed instructions and a return authorization.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your return.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days through the UFA Marketplace payment system.
Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for returns: erosion control blankets, hurd in totes and weed suppressant rolls.
Additional Information
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us info@biocmopositesgroup.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
