Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders above $150 to Canadian addresses. 

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen location and shipping carrier delays beyond our control.

U.S. Destined Shipments: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the product or shipping price.  

As of today, our products are not included on the list of products subject to the additional Section 338 tariffs. Tariff and import requirements are subject to change.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.
